The Ron and Kathy Assaf Center for Excellence in Nursing

Our nursing team’s reputation for providing personalized and exceptional care has been instrumental in the Hospital’s stellar recognition. The Ron and Kathy Assaf Center for Excellence in Nursing provides many personal and professional opportunities for our nurses, including scholarships that support their professional advancement. Four distinct initiatives are supported by the Center:

• Nurse Education – for advanced training classes
• Quality of Care – allowing for enhancement of patient care programs
• Technology – funding the purchase of advanced state-of-the-art equipment
• Recruitment and Retention – to attract and retain highly qualified nurse professionals

Proceeds from the annual Boca Raton Regional Hospital Golf Tournament benefit the Ron & Kathy Assaf Center for Excellence in Nursing. This support allows us to recruit and retain top quality nurses and gives them the tools they need to provide the best possible care for our patients.
