Maya Arden puts her 20 years of nonprofit experience across multiple cities and continents to action guiding annual giving at the Boca Raton Regional Hospital Foundation. She treasures hearing donors’ stories of hope and healing and has shared hugs and tears with grateful patients.

Tara Ann Coleman joined the Boca Raton Regional Hospital Foundation in 2025, bringing both community roots and a passion for science and business to her role. Tara values seeing the tangible results of philanthropy—from new facilities to expanded services—that benefit the entire community.

Jennifer Gilbert joined the Boca Raton Regional Hospital Foundation in June 2025 and quickly became a welcoming presence for donors and visitors. She handles gift processing, answers calls and supports the team with a warm, can-do spirit. Jennifer values contributing to healthcare that elevates the community.

Kevin Janser has four decades of experience in fundraising including leadership roles in higher education and healthcare. Before joining Boca Regional Hospital Foundation, he served as President of the Memorial and Joe DiMaggio Children’s Hospital Foundations where he led campaigns that raised hundreds of millions of dollars to build and expand Joe DiMaggio Children’s Hospital and the Memorial Cancer Institute.

Alyssa Marino has brought her passion for planning to the Boca Raton Regional Hospital Foundation’s Signature Events since 2020. With several family members also working at the hospital, her role feels especially personal, reflecting the same deep ties that define the foundation’s mission.

Jennifer Rohloff shapes the stories that celebrate philanthropy at Boca Raton Regional Hospital Foundation, a role she has embraced for seven years. From personal interviews to e-newsletters and video features, she highlights how donor generosity drives advanced care for patients. Jennifer finds it deeply rewarding to share the spirit of giving that has supported the hospital for more than 55 years.

Christine Siddiqui supports the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of donor and gift data for the Boca Raton Regional Hospital Foundation. New to the team, Christine improves workflows and strengthens data practices to support the hospital’s mission.

Samantha Tellez brings nearly two decades of Baptist Health experience—including roles in endoscopy, oncology, orthopedics and neurology—to her work with the Boca Raton Regional Hospital Foundation. A proud second-generation Baptist Health employee, she values serving as a trusted link between donors and the hospital, helping donors navigate their healthcare needs and ensuring their generosity makes a lasting impact.

Kim Carbo joined the Boca Raton Regional Hospital Foundation in 2025. She has built her career around connecting people with the causes that matter most to them. Her work is rooted in relationships, purpose, and the belief that when people come together, they can make a lasting impact. Along with annual giving initiatives, she also oversees all foundation events, which serve as a platform to highlight our hospital's mission, the extraordinary generosity of our donors, and to inspire deeper connections and support for patient care.

Since joining the Boca Raton Regional Hospital Foundation in 2024, Natalie Haarlander has focused on designing events that do more than gather people—they create experiences that inspire hope and raise funds for lifesaving care. She spent four years with Baptist Health Foundation after 15 years of volunteer fundraising for Bethesda Hospital. She cherishes building meaningful relationships with donors and connecting their personal stories to opportunities that strengthen healthcare for everyone in Boca Raton.
