CALL FOR PROPOSALS: 2023 Community Outreach Grant Cycle

Healthy Communities happen when organizations collaborate to help create them. Boca Raton Regional Hospital’s Community Outreach Grants have helped to support numerous community programs throughout the years. To that end, the Hospital is excited to announce 2023’s Community Outreach Grant Cycle. The Hospital prioritizes supporting local programs and related implementation strategies that align with the results of the most recent Community Health Needs Assessment, completed in 2021:

Behavioral Health services to address depression, anxiety or other conditions, excluding substance abuse
Access to Affordable Care
Elder Care and Geriatrics

Boca Raton Regional Hospital awards grants on an annual basis.

Don’t wait to apply. Our deadline is approaching. Completed proposals need to be returned electronically by 5:00 pm on Friday, June 30th, 2023. Funding announcements will be made by October 2023.
